Castor Oil Packs
Castor oil packs offer a gentle yet powerful way to support the body’s natural detoxification process. When applied to the abdomen or targeted areas, they help stimulate lymphatic flow, improve circulation, reduce inflammation, and support liver function. Many people find them helpful for relieving bloating, menstrual discomfort, and digestive issues. Regular use can promote overall wellbeing and a greater sense of internal balance.
Below are two of the most effective and practical ways to begin incorporating castor oil packs into your healing journey and vibrant well-being routine.
